Remote support for Windows & Android

Tech should work.Let’s make it behave.

Friendly, one-on-one remote tech support without the jargon, scare tactics, or mysterious disappearing cursor.

What’s misbehaving?

My computer is painfully slow

I don’t know what this message means

It worked yesterday

Good news.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

What I help with

Support for the technology you actually use.

You don’t need to know the right technical words. Tell me what you were trying to do and what happened instead.

01

Windows computers

Slowdowns, strange errors, updates, new programs, confusing settings, and computers that have simply decided not to cooperate.

02

Android phones & tablets

App problems, account trouble, device setup, settings, and the everyday mysteries hiding behind a tiny gear icon.

03

Everyday tech tangles

Printers, Wi-Fi, browsers, email, accessories, and the odd little problems that turn a five-minute task into an afternoon.

A quick heads-up: I don’t support Apple devices, perform physical hardware repairs, or access work-owned devices without authorization.

How it works

Four steps. No ritual sacrifice required.

Your consultation is free.

If I don’t think I can fix the problem, we stop there and you owe nothing.

  1. 1

    Tell me what’s happening

Send an email describing the device, the problem, and what you were trying to do when it started.

  2. 2

    We have a free consultation

We’ll spend up to 10 minutes talking through the problem so I can understand what’s happening and whether I can help.

  3. 3

    You get a clear answer

If I don’t think I can fix it, we stop with no charge. If I do, I’ll explain the plan and cost before you decide whether to continue.

  4. 4

    We make it behave

Paid support begins only after you agree to move forward. When screen access helps, you approve a one-time remote session and stay in control throughout.

Remote support without the creepy part

Your device. Your information. Your control.

Screen access is useful, but trust matters more. When it’s needed, I use a customer-approved, one-time Zoho Assist session. You can see what I’m doing and disconnect whenever you choose.

Hi, I’m Anthony.

Help that doesn’t make you feel helpless.

I started Make It Behave for people who need their technology fixed without being talked down to, buried in jargon, or pushed into buying something they don’t need. I troubleshoot with you, explain what matters in plain English, and keep you in control of the work.

Ready when you are

What’s your tech doing that it shouldn’t?

Send me the messy version. I’ll help you figure out what comes next.
