Services

Support for the Windows computer you actually use.

You don’t need to diagnose it first. Describe what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and what you need the computer to do now.

Tell me what’s happening
01

Performance and strange behavior

Slowdowns, freezes, startup trouble, unexpected messages, Windows updates, and settings that seem to have wandered off on their own.

02

Programs, browsers, and email

Installing and configuring programs, app problems, browser trouble, email issues, and ordinary account problems.

03

Devices and accessories

Windows device setup, printers, accessories, and the software side of getting everyday equipment to work together.

04

Ordinary Wi-Fi problems

Common connection problems on a Windows computer. Advanced network design, router administration, and business networks are outside the current service.

A quick heads-up

Remote Windows support has boundaries.

Not part of the service

Apple products, phones or tablets, physical hardware repair, data recovery, and malware or cybersecurity services.

Work and school devices

I don’t bypass organizational controls. If a device is managed by an employer or school, you must be authorized to get help and the request must stay within their rules.

No guaranteed fix

I provide technical investigation and support time. Some problems require a manufacturer, specialist, in-person repair, or a different kind of service.

Not sure if it fits?

That’s what the free consultation is for.

Send the messy version. I’ll ask the useful questions.
