We spend up to 10 minutes understanding the problem. If I don’t think I can fix it, we stop and you owe nothing. The consultation never silently becomes paid time.
You approve the price
If I think I can help, I explain the proposed work, recommend a time option, and give you the exact price. Paid support starts only after you agree.
No surprise overtime
If I simply underestimate the original work, there is no added labor charge. If the work materially changes or you add a new request, I pause and quote it separately.
